Of course, I found a stumbling block with the Sold-to number on Avayas website when I tried to download it as I am just an end user of this product. I am sure my company is an Avaya partner, but being spread over countries, the big wheel would not turn as quickly in getting me this software. We use Nortel VPN switches but nobody higher up has taken the time to try to find their Sold-to number, so we were stuck using something older than I would be most grateful if you could hook me up, and feel free to delete the post afterwards.
